Details
Submitted by[?]: 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2464
Description[?]:
Over the last decade the DSP has been secretly designing a new breed of military attack helicopter. However it has not been until recently that we've felt it necessary to build beyond the initial prototypes. http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c344/iori_k/Post%20Pictures/1SideView.png -Side view. http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c344/iori_k/Post%20Pictures/2BottomView.png - Bottom view. http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c344/iori_k/Post%20Pictures/3TopView.png - Top view. Currently four exist, the first two prototypes and two production models. We ask that the military invest in 20 of these helicopters. They cost 200,000,000 a piece, which would mean an end cost of 4billion SEK. |

Message | OOC: By the way, I originally drew the Heimdalls designs on paper, but I scanned them and edited, so that's why they look sort of odd |

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI). |
