During times of extreme internal crisis, this bill allows for certain military units to assist the local police force. These military units can only be called in emergencies such as riots, coup attempts, seperatist movements, investigating and apprehending foreign intelligence agents and other emergencies in which the police are overwhelmed and request help. These military units can only be called at the request of local the police chief and must be approved by the minister of defense and approved by the chancellor.Military units can also be called to assist during natural disasters such as a flood, tornadoe, hurricane, and other disasters where the normal means of aid are overwhelmed. The military units will provide equipment and the necessary manpower and will be under the control of the local police forces and will remain under police command until the situation is resolved. |
