Remember, thanks to our past leadership, Rutania has the STRONGEST labor union laws in all of Terra; therefore, the people can AFFORD energy in abundance. However, if the Gov't gives them subsidies when they don't need, it will result in INFLATION!!! (2) ok...b/c it's better than the current law, but we believe that the Gov't should give INTEREST-bearing loans to businesses facing bankrumptcy to keep them on their feet.
