Voting deadline: January 2466
Description[?]:
A bill aimed at increasing the ability of the private sector to provide goods and services for our citizens. It is essentially aimed at creating a mixed economy, where those that wish to pay for services can, but everyone can still benefit from state services if need be. The Private Sector is more compeditive, more innovative and more responsive than the public sector, and allowing a mixed economy means we harness these benfits, while still apeasing the socialists, as no one will go hungry, unattended due to the existance of state services. The bill is also aimed at granting more freedom to our citizens, as too many commerical practices are currently banned. Also note the heavy emphasis on safley regulating the private sector to protect our citizens. Low risk, hiogh reward. |

Message | Education. Electricity. Agriculture. Retirement. All vital to a stable and successful Sekowo, and all run by the State. There is a reason why that is. This bill is proposing the creation of a two-tier nation of Haves and Have-Nots. By providing new and better opportunities for those with the wealth to afford them we create a new and distinct social class based not on merit but money. Time will only widen the divide between those who can afford private schools, specialty crops, alternate pensions, and personal generators. The PRP will not stand idly by while the majority of the nation is being threatened by marginalization. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
