| In view of the widely reported Sekowan atrocities there, we propose sending humanitarian aid to the people of Squibble and its environs. We propose that a hospital ship, associated medical personel and supplies accompanied by an amhibious assault ship carrying further material aid, aid workers and a battalion of the National Gendarmarie to provide local security for the aid workers and those under their care be sent. These vessels to be close escorted by two frigates. |

However we will warn you that any military vessel without permission entering Sekowan water, around Sekowo, Midway or Tropica without prior permission will be fired upon. OOC: Since the position of Tropica and Squibble is to close to use normal RL water area zones, Sekowan waters around Tropica would be about 1 mile from shore. |
