Given the weak minorty governments that seem to elected, it seems more and more possible that a strong coalition should be able to propose cabinet appointments. The Head of State has currently has less than a quarter of the seats in parlement. We hereby propose that any party may submit a cabinet for the approval of parlement.

MessageParlaiment would vote, like we do normally. If you like a proposal, you vote yes. If you don't you vote no. THis allows for a large group of small parties to make a coalition against a large party that doesn't have a majority. Makes everything more interesting =)
