| This bill aims to streamline, organize, and simplify the Executive Branch of Government of the Commonwealth of Rutania by doing the following: (1) Stipulates that ONLY the "Head of State" can propose a National Cabinent and he/she chairs that cabinet accordingly as to prevent the quagmire of EVERY SINGLE PARTY (and their mama) of proposing a cabinent coalition. (2) Head of State IS the Head of Government who chairs the cabinent. "I give you a REPUBLIC....If you can KEEP it."---Benjamin Franklin, Beloved Abassador by the people of France. (3) The Head of Government is the "Prime Minister;" Thank you for your full support. |

| Message | I am afraid that the Conservative Party disagrees with this act. By making the Head of State the Head of Government and also making it so that only they can propose cabinets, I believe this gives the Head of State TOO MUCH power and responsibility, whereas it stands now where the party leader's can propose cabinets. My vote stands against the Energetic Executive Act. |

| Message | Conservative Party, if the Head of State proposes cabinents, it would be more of an EFFICIENT government where you wouldn't get a million cabinet proposals submitted every 4 years. Also, The President--unlike the Legislature--is INDEPENDENTLY elected by the people as a WHOLE and thus serves as a UNIFYING figure. Now, if the PEOPLE trust your candidate's judgment and elect him/her to be President, why should the Legislature FORCE the President to deal and work with people from "my party" when the PEOPLE did not elect my party's candidate as President??? |
