| The PSFVP beleives strongly in the power of the nuclear deterent to protect our nation. We feel we should expand this deterent to ANY attack, further detering aggresors, especially given our recent overseas problems. This does not mean we WILL use them, merely that we give our leaders the legal option to, for example in the case of a large scale invasion of Sekowo. |

Old value:: The nation reserves the right to nuclear weapons in retaliation to a nuclear, chemical or biological attack.
Current: The nation shall never use nuclear weapons in warfare unless another nation uses them first.
Proposed: The nation reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in retaliation to any attack.

| Message | It would seem to those of us in the PRP that many issues have been decided on many years ago. Thankfully the beauty of good governance is the constant updating of law and policy to match the changing times. It is our opinion that the use of nuclear ordinance is an acceptable tactic in combat. |
