All adults upon completion of schooling must serve either a term in the military or a lesser paid term of civilian national service, at their option.

Messagewhen we start training our people only in times of war it may already be too late... let them serve their term in the military so when war beaks lose they have at least that basic training. serving a term in the army also strenghtens the individual discipline of the people.
