ARTICLES OF THE TREATY: 0. Passage of a bill with the Treaty terms shall be deemed a ratification of said Treaty. Amendments may be proposed and will be ratified if both nations pass a bill to the effect of the amendment. 1. Free trade shall be promoted from henceforth between signatory nations. 2. Signatory nations shall never attack one another. Signatory nations shall respect the sovereignty of their fellow nation's military. 3. Citizens may enjoy free travel between the borders of signatory nations. However, reasonable limits may be imposed on immigration. 4. With the hosting Head of Government's permission, representatives of political parties may engage in free debate in the legislature of signatory nations. 5. Signatory nations may engage in free information exchange. |
