This legislation outlaws all usage of recreational drugs in the Commonwealth b/c drugs KILLS!!! However, this bill is amended to allow the consumption of those said drugs--whether it be cocaine, heroin, etc.--for medicinal purposes so as long they were prescribed by a Medical Doctor and administered by a Licensed Pharmacist. Thank you for your full support. |
