This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

I've weighted the positions, basically the only ones who have power right now are MFA and MEA. The MD will, however, have very much power in the future. Besides these, I've tried to keep to each person's preferences (or what I peceived to be their preferences), while considering their election results.
