Bill: Public Health Care Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Green Socialist Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 2469

Description[?]:

This bill is an act that will give public health care to everyone who is a citizen of Pontesi. We need global health care, and the expenses need to be paid by the government. We need to worry about the health of our citizens, and a privatized system would not do this. A privatized system worries about how profitable it is to give people health insurance. If it isn't profitable to give the person in question health insurance, than that person cannot be treated. This health care policy would give everyone public coverage, and regulate private clinics. This policy is about the health and welfare of our citizens.

MessageA series of privatised systems deals with fewer people each, providing faster coverage. We call upon the GSP to take their prejudices against competition elsewhere.
