THE SENATE of the KINGDOM of LIKATONIA WHEREAS the education system of Likatonia is in need of repair, and choice, RECOGNISING the proven superiority of private education, RECOGNISING the demand on a private market for competitive, affordable higher education, REALISING interference in education on the part of the government is inappropriate due to the government's need to be impartial REALISING the impropriety of sexuality in schools with minors, DISSOLVES all public universities, high schools, elementary schools, and nurseries, DISSOLVES government subsidies for higher education, INSTITUTES a voucher-system funded by what would be used on public education in order to facilitate the elementary education process of the impoverished, AND BANS the subject of sexuality from every nursery, elementary school, and high school. |

Message | Article 2 - no government regulation is needed since the free market will regulate quality by forcing lower quality institutions out of business Article 6 - If schools are private, the curriculm should be set entirely by the group running the school.
