Message | A parliament is, by etymology, a place where we can talk freely about our policies and come to a reasoned decision. A senate represents the wielding of power by the elite, originally those born into the senatorial class. The SDP will always oppose Article 1. |

Message | Region gives rise to the adjective regional. State gives rise to the adjective static. While Social Dynamists strongly support regional culture and identity, the idea of static culture worries us deeply. Using 'state' as an adjective is gramatically inconvenient and generally unnecessary. We support Article 3 as a step in the right direction. Article 4 gives too short a time for parties to fully consider their policy decisions. |
