Message | Giving increased autonomy to local Government merely increases lawlessness through increased confusion over laws whilst reducing cohesive operation of governmental systems and services. Moreover, localising concerns increases costs to the government, and so the tax payer, as operating systems need to be multiplied and duplicated across each individual County rather operated by a centralised service provider. |
