| In the name of God, the compassionate, the merciful: The long traditions of our people are hereby recognized through the declaration of the Islamic faith as the religion of the state. Full religious freedom shall remain guaranteed to all faiths. The government will also strike a committee to consider the recreation of the Caliphate. |
