Bill: Defence Spending Plan for the 2470's

Details

Submitted by[?]: 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2471

Description[?]:

As it stands there is no real plans for the vast store of money we give the military annually.
While for the time being we are not suggesting decreasing the amount, we do think there should be a plan on how to spend it.

Therefore we propose the military expenditure follow the following plan from now (2470) until 2480.

-3 billion to the Army for equipment, vehicles and R&D.
-5 billion to overall military upkeep, troop payment, ammo and general weapons.
-8 billion to the Navy for equipment, vessels and R&D.
-9 billion to a Missile Shield, national defence and R&D.
-10 billion to the Air Force for equipment, planes and R&D.

The annual budget for each year shall be split and given to these projects for the next ten years.

This will require a simple majority of the legislature and the approval of the Defence ministry.
