This bill allows allows all adults to purchase fireworks. Fireworks can only be sold at licensed shops that sell only fireworks. Types of fireworks available for purchase are limited to firecrackers, bottlerockets, and other small grade types. Fireworks such as M60's and those that shoot off a large projectile, or any type that can be used a weapon cannot be sold. It is illegal for an adult to purchase fireworks for a minor ubder the age of 16. Also these fireworks cannot be used in public places and must be confined to either their home or a unpopulated area.A Visable warning labels must accompany each package explainingthe dangers. Only those with the proper training and license may stage large scale displays. |

Message | Add it so that all fireforks must have prominent safety warnings on them so as to reduce injuries from them. Also allow large-scale public displays to be put on by licenced groups and individually monitored for safety reasons. |
