To prevent underpriced goods from flooding the market from neighboring Hutori and Davostan, it is proposed that this government: 1: Levy a tariff of 5% of declared value per unit on all manufactured items passing of foreign origin except for countries with which we have prior agreements. 2: Levy a tariff of 3% per value per tonne on all commodities of foreign origin except for countries with which we have prior agreements. |
