Submitted by[?]: Beluzian Workers Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 2472

Description[?]:

Due to the impending failure of the Retail Sales Tax Act (2470), the Government proposes the following changes to the National Budget. This will help bring a balanced budget once again.

The Government's priorities for this budget include an increase in social funding, with 108% increase in Educational and Cultural spending and 150% more in Health and Social Services. Science and Technology, as well as Trade and Industry will see funding boosts to help economic development, and the Defence Ministry will receive a 20% increase to help transition to a modern, professional defence force.
