| Our current law allows for a terrible loophole - the ability of the military to launch a nuclear attack offensively, prior to any direct threat to the nation. Let us change the law so that Darnussia has a greater moral reason to launch a nuclear warhead, as opposed to allowing a nuclear weapon to be used in a preemptive strike. |
