MessageI don't get the point of this local government thing in the first place. There will probably be people here talking about no no, leave it to the local governments. So what's the damn point of a big government then. Basically everything can be left to the local governments then I guess.

MessageThis nation was formed when a number of sovereign tribes came together in a union. Each of these tribes gave up their absolute sovereignty insofar as was necessary to best provide for all the people of the all the tribes as a whole. For this reason, there is only a national military, as having a powerful military is something with a nationwide effect. On the other hand, when an individual tribe is able to make a decision, on a matter with a largely local effect, they should be able to, as recognition that each tribe is a sovereign tribe within this union.
