Message | Still too much. We would rather see fewer proposals that have been thought out carefully rather than open a floodgate of vexatious proposals. |

Message | Article 1 is okay. We are happy as it stands, however. Article 2 we believe would be better around the 20 mark. |

Message | Again - we (still) so no real reason to accumulate huge stockpiles of vote quota. It strikes us a good way to clog the political process, and that has to be bad for democracy. |

Message | We would support Article 1, indeed, we see no reason to limit the monthly allocation at anything less than 3 or 4, but we are concerned, as our colleagues, about the potential for storing up; we would struggle to justify much above the current value. |

Message | Ok, to be perfectly honest, I would like to up the quota so that a year before the election, I can submit a bill that encompasses a "Presidential Platform," if you will, of all 25 or so proposals that I will like to say changed in the nation in ONE centralized (single) bill. Now, naturally, you all might be at the position that such bill is UNNECESSARY. However, I tried that before in my other nation---Commonwealth of Rutania---and what happened was---despite that most players will just voted against the bill---it enables the modem of the Particracy game ITSELF to compute, configure, and thereby give a more detailed and accurate description of each party's political views which can have a SUBSTANTIAL influence on the elections. Again, it is not to benefit me SOLELY, but if we change the quota, then EVERYONE will have a better chance of raising their visibility and clarity of political positions to the simulated voting population. It is more of a MECHANICAL issue. Thanks again for your full support. |

Message | OOC: Well, I can see your point, but I have excellent visibility and perfect coherency already, and I didn't need 25 article monsters to do it. If that is your tactic, why not just use all your proposals, keep it at debate, keep adding, and send it to vote 9 months before the election? |

Message | OOC: it might be worth pointing out that at least four of the other parties in this nation are fairly long-term players... omnibus bills might still work somewhere like Rutania, but they are SO last year around these parts. If the CWFP want to 'vote pander', they're just going to have to do it the old fashioned way. |

Message | I have RE-modified the bill in order to match consensus. It is now at the pretty small 20 mark. Thanks again. |

Random fact: Once approved, players should copy Cultural Protocols into a bill in the debate section of their nation page, under the title of "OOC: Cultural Protocols". This bill should include links to the passed Cultural Protocol bill and the Moderation approval. |
