MessageThat is reasonable enough. Article 3 and 4 are about maintaining both Gao-Showan and Hulstrian ethnic heritage. As a dual monarchy, it is only just to try and ensure neither culture is lost, in our party's opinion. Article 5 simply gives local governments, whether Hulstrian or Gao-Showan, the option to segregate their schools if they desire. It is not enforced segregation.

After consideration, the CMP leadership believes article 1 and 2 may be a bit much. If those articles were removed would the HNP find the bill acceptable?
