MessageI am aware that this will be a contriversial subject. However, it is the deepfelt belief of the Socialist Liberal Party that to level the playing field posistive discrimination needs to be encouraged. For too long, ethnic minorities and women have been discriminated against, this discrimination today means that it is harder for certain groups to gain employment, this act ensures that these groups get the same opportunities as everyone else.

MessageThere has been no history of opression of minorities in Aloria and thus the Freedom Party finds that "Affrimative Action" is uncalled for.

MessageMr. Speaker, when you have a socity, it is proven that there will be wrongdoers. For example, it is expected in a nation, 2% of those born will turn out criminals. It is highly nieve to suspect that there is no discrimination in Aloria because it happens. This is why the law needs to be passed so the government can say we accept there may be problems but we want to combat it.
