Message | This Bill does not go far enough. |
Date | 01:32:59, October 21, 2007 CET | From | Kapitalist-Arbeitsfamilien Partei | To | Debating the Axis Mundi Sturm und Drang Partei Manifesto - Safe Borders |
Message | (1) This is ok; (2) STRONGLY support; (3) STRONGLY oppose; the current law is PERFECT, concerning marriage; (4) ADAMANTLY oppose; we don't even like the current law as we are FREE TRADERS at heart; (5) ADAMANTLY, ADAMANTLY, ADAMANTLY oppose; a famous Statesman once said, "Those that would give up a little LIBERTY for security, deserve neither and will get none." We as a REPUBLIC cannot infringe on the civll liberties of our Citizens; (6) ADAMANTLY, ADAMANTLY, ADAMANTLY oppose; a MANDATORY draft accounts to nothing more than Governmental SLAVERY; (7) ADAMANTLY oppose; a famous religious prophet once said, "Do unto OTHERS as you wish to be done to YOU!!!" Therefore, if we mistreat POWs from our enemies, those nations will do the same to our men and women in uniform. Coincidentally, the majority of the military in Likatonia is opposed to this measure. I trust our military leaders before the politicians ANY day. (8) support b/c this boldly implies that people's privacy is protected unless issued a WARRANT by a judge. (9) This is a tough one; how do you INTERPRET "extreme circumstances"??? (10) Opposed, although we will support STRICTER border controls on foreign visitors; |

Message | We are confused... the CWFP seems to be saying that the government decision to block extraditions.. is an infringement of civil liberties? As fot the idea that compulsary service equates to slavery... that is totally not true. Anyone who chooses not to serve in the military have a special place. It's called Lodamun, and they are welcome to go, as soon as they like. If the CWFP insists on opposing compulsary service, we can only assume that they, too, are gutless traitor swine who would be happier in a more flowery and less patriotic nation. |

Message | I do not believe in either a more flowery or LESS patriotic nation. Our own military leaders and generals are OPPOSED to a draft as well as torture that many of the CHICKEN-hawk politicians support. The BOTTOM-LINE: a mandatory draft actually LOWERS the morale of our troops. It is common sense: if you don't want to fight and you are FORCED, you will only do so reluctantly thus creating poor results. In the times of war, our Nation can constitutionally DRAFT prisoners on the reasoning that they already owe a DEBT to society and if the nation feels that that debt is best suited for military service, then that is what they do. P.S.: Mandatory drafts also make wars that we fight POLITICALLY unpopular by the people. As for Article #1 concerning extraditions, I said I support so as long as it is NOT a Likatonian Citizen. |

Message | Our own miltary has never spoken a word of complaint about compulsary service. On the contrary - Likatonians have always borne military service as a badge of pride. Also, the CWFP seems to be under the mistaken impression that every person in the military is on the front line. |
