The state must ensure, that no region of Zardugal will suffer infrastructural deficiency. The lack of a proper infrastruction is in most cases the indicator for an economic decline. Therefore a public owned train service is necessary to offer a irreducible degree of infrastructure in all regions of Zardugal. |
