Voting deadline: October 2475
Description[?]:
This bill acknowledges the recent trend towards administering the death penalty. Whilst it is official DWP policy to oppose the death penalty, we recognise that in the current political climate, this must be worked towards progressively. This bill therefore proposes to reform capital punishment laws to make governmental policy exclusive of religious doctrine, and permits the death penalty only in terms of the most serious of crimes, and not against those who simply do not bow to All Father Zhelezo Immeressen, Reborn as he passes in the street. This bill allows scope for the execution of the convicted assassins of our late Emissary Bokky MaoMao. |
