Message | The SDPT agrees in principle with Articles 3 and 4 (public post offices and TOC's), but believes socialism in Telamon would be better achieved by turning power over most industry to DWC's. We can not agree with Article 1 because we fear it would ban private wind turbines and solar panels. However, we expect there will be some debate among any socialist coalition, and we would not be offended if the TSA put this to a vote. Just note that the SDPT will not be in favor of it if it carries the first two Articles. |

Message | The SDPT's input is appreciated, I'll add a DWC clause. But the TSA would like to point out that there are laws on the books that advocate the development of clean, green technologies and stringent pollution controls. Those wind turbines wouldn't be banned, they would just change hands. Also, the TSA believes that government direction from above would be better able to coordinate the activities of DWCs and industry, yielding better results than complete decentralization. |

Message | The SDPT hopes that Article 5 can become law on its own in the future, but we don't think we can agree to government control of most industries unless there was a clear promise that DWC's would be allowed to fully manage their own business without centralized management after a certain number of years (essentially temporary nationalization to help the transition along). Government control of private solar panels scattered throughout the country in people's yards is not efficient however, and we wouldn't be able to support that. |

Message | I think I'll take out the bit about the industry and DWCs and put a smaller bill to a vote. |

Message | Too much centralization - infrastructure development will require private participation. |
