MessageThis is a good bill UCM, we applaud the effort.

We only concerned about article 2. The work hours for minors should be a six hours maximum, but the curfew time of 9:00 PM is a bit absurd. It shouldn't be past midnight for those 17 and under, as a recommendation. The night time limited hours should actually be a decision between the parent/guardian and the child.

Part 2 of article 2 is really debatable. They should be able to work 8 hours a day on weekends and on any school vacations. A curfew time for minors is really lame, that puts law enforcement straining resources in that area. It really isn't totally enforceable.

Part 3 is is good.

Because article 2 is really the foundation of this bill, as much as we would like to support it, for it is a step in the right direction, the current article 2 isn't supported and we cannot vote yes as it stands.

MessageWell, it is a pretty safe bet this won't pass without your vote, I could always repropose it and fix those things, it is a point that like you said, is really debateable.

If that is done, could I count on your support?

MessageOh, and somethings I may as well mention here:

1. I forgot to change the minimum age down to 14. 16 is legal adult age.

2. About a curfew, I am 100% sure the curfew does not exist in Jakania. I made this bill a long time ago, and I just copied and paste. I believe there can only be a curfew if there is a state of emergency
