MessageWe agree with the idea of this proposal - it would be wonderful to have this be in place during emergencies, if necessary. However, we believe that people will still attempt to loot during these situations, and with a curfew in place, those attempting the rescue and clean up effort will have to extend more of their extremely valuable time to try to detain those who are breaking the curfew. In summation - we agree, but we don't see how feasible it is, thus the no vote. Our apologies.

MessageIt should actually be more feasible than under the current bill. The curfew would imply a deterring effect bringing less unwanted elements on the streets giving more time for recue workers to focus on their main task. Moreover, it also makes the legal room to take steps against illegal activities simpler and more efficient. Today the same rescue workers have to be sure beyond reasonable doubt that a crime is being committed before they can act against disturbing actions.
