Message | OOC: I just said Dovani because it has always been the traditional third world in particracy. Hell if Dovani can now support itself then I don't even know which countries would even want aid... |

Message | OOC: Lourenne is the only country I've ever seen that would have needed aid, but that time passed as Sekowo gave it alot of aid, and it stopped needing it for the most part. I guess maybe for refugees, environmental problems and crisis's would be the only real requirement, Though I suspect the Communist countries are relatively poor, that is the amount of money their average person has, so I suppose giving aid to them would be where it went. |

Message | OOC: It's one of the faults of the game that noone wants to admit to being poor or having poor people. As far as I know the only people that ever did it were Deltaria because they spent all their money on more castles for nobles and nuking their own people, Kafuristan because it suited the kind of party elyracko ran and Sekowo back in the day because it was based on Bolivia or a similar nation. In Keymon we always said we were too poor to give aid but rich enough to survive without it. Seeing as the communist countries are generally run on here by RL communists or socialists none of them want to admit the people have lower wages so also say they have loads of money. I guess Beiteynu ourselves would be pretty bad as we have a war or civil war or invasion every twenty or so years but hey if everyone else in Terra is a superpower we might as well be as well. |

Random quote: "Capitalism and communism stand at opposite poles. Their essential difference is this: the communist, seeing the rich man and his fine home, says: 'No man should have so much.' The capitalist, seeing the same thing, says: 'All men should have as much.'" - Phelps Adams |
