Description[?]:
Hector took the podium, the house had grown so use to Godwin it seemed strange to have this young boy in his place. Al-Wazir recognised him as the strange friend of Godwin who had smiled oddly at her during the discussion of the Nation Preservation Act 420. Now, he flashed a charming smile at the surrounding members of the Grand Majelis. He had a dark complexion and a comely face, and the way he held himself showed he wasn't a stranger to physical exercise. One could not look at him and not think "What a nice young man". "It order that a nation be truly free it must have freedom of debate and discussion." His voice was clear and confident "Our party was misled and the Grand Majelis was misled into making a grave mistake of banning freedom of the media. Now, the truly beautiful flow of political theory, debated by students at coffee tables, roared out by political pundits and scribbled by columnists, has been crushed beneath the iron first of fascist conformism. The curse of silence, the weight of an angry ant like desire to make all as one has crushed our most sacred freedom, freedom of speech" "When our party was new, we introduced the Gaslnost reform that allowed greater freedom of speech. Again our nation needs Gaslnost. I hope you will vote in favor comrades, you people need you. Liberty needs you!" |

Message | Alexander raised an eyebrow at the new speaker. This one was different than Godwin, thought the MDP leader. The previoud Ingsoc would have been completely against this bill. It was obvious that this character whoever he may be was the cause of the change in beliefs. OOC: In other words yes the MDP supports. |
