Description[?]:
This bill supports an Educational Reform. Article 1: Not everybody can afford to send their kids to private school. Most that can't afford to send their kids to private school can't teach their own kids either. This proposal offers another option. Public education is almost always the better choice. Article 2: Paper can't teach kids everything. A child with endless creativity has a betetr chance to lead a good life then some child that has never learned anything other than what they've heard in lectures, and textbooks. Article 3: Physical discipline is ridiculously unfair, but if children can't be disciplined how will they learnt he difference between right and wrong? |
