In many private organisations, great corruption has been found to occur. Children are basically sold to the highest bidder. I wish to abolish this disgusting practice. It also tests the candidates wishing to adopt, which was one of the major arguments against allowing everyone to adopt childred. |

Current: Adoption is regulated by the government. Applicants can adopt after a routine check-up.
Proposed: Adoption is strictly regulated by the government. Only by passing several tests and by following an intensive program applicants can adopt children.
