Message | OOC: The recently large number of calls for early elections makes it seem as though we may wish to reduce the governmental term. The articles about proposal quotas and amounts are really just to give more opportunities for debate and consideration. |

Message | The reduced term makes sense. The increase of proposals is pointless, as it is very difficult already to use all of them, but we can support it anyway. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
