Message | I agree. The current system is too open for abuse. |
Date | 04:18:11, August 22, 2005 CET | From | Conservative Party of Telamon | To | Debating the Removing Barbarism |
Message | I disagree, torture is necessary and can work. We are not here to skin everything they know off their bodies, just the details, when it is gravely important. *hypothetical situations that may arise in future* Terrorists attacking us? He knows hideouts and leaders....great, beat out as much info possible. We're at war? got some POW's? See what we can squeeze out of them to win this thing. Psycho Murderer hiding bodies? Great beat the info to find where he hid the bodies to put the families tensions to rest. If we use torture conservatively...there will be no fear and very justified. |

Message | Who says they will give correct information? They could easily send us on wild goose chases just to avoid torture. |

Message | We agree to this |
Date | 19:05:31, August 22, 2005 CET | From | Conservative Party of Telamon | To | Debating the Removing Barbarism |
Message | Eventually the person would stop torturing, if they see the person only gives false info. |
Date | 23:57:32, August 22, 2005 CET | From | Progressive Marxist Party | To | Debating the Removing Barbarism |
Message | We still would have wasted many resources in determining if it was false. |
