Message | The PCP is under the impression that the limit to proposals is in place not to stifle the growth of new parties (after all, most parties currently in the Majelis developed under this regime), but in order to prevent the Majelis being flooded with legislation by a new party with no representation. Since the MPA has so ably done this already, we are not convinced that this law needs changing. |
