Message | Its not that at all, its because we dont want two things to happen. A party that wins largest party status and doesnt play the game anymore, leaving us with a lame duck cabinet. Or a Largest party who does not command a majority in Parliament. Therefore this is sensible legislation Its not to do with you being HoS as you dont have that power to propose cabinets because of that, you have the power due to you being the largest party. |
