Voting deadline: October 2480

Description[?]:

Awhile ago(during the Wantuni-Solentian war), a good friend of mine proposed a bill giving each branch of the Jakanian Military titles. To my knowledge, those titles were not reapealed, just forgotten to time. So, I present to you, a bill to reinstate these titles. Here is the link to the original bill proposed by the Liberal Democratic Party: http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=104250

Now then, here is the actual bill to be proposed before the Council today:

This Resolution would seek to recognize the military of United Jakania in a new set of titles.

MessageWe support a creation of a separate branch of the Air Force, which isn't part of the Navy. We suggest that the Air Force not be comprised of fighter jet, but heavy airlift command, tankers units, large troop transports, airborne early warning stuff, and other stuff that cannot be placed on an aircraft carrier. We advocate this because air jocks don't like being commanded by the Navy, and vis versa.

The main offensive power of our air units should be placed on aircraft carriers, instead of having a full separate branch of the Air Force, it would play the support role. Cheaper just to build aircraft just for our carriers.

Just questioning also, does the defensive minister comment on having a Marines branch, could be a direct offshoot of the United Land Forces of Jakinia, the Army and Army Reserves could be placed.

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with.
