Now central government bureaucrats tell the people what they want, and what business has to do. Often, this means big business will have to deal with ridiculous anti-consumer regulation, and small businesses will never get off the ground. I believe in recommendation to help business and inspire consumers, and voluntarism on the part of business, at the risk of losing consumers.
