Message | We belive that the justices should serve for life, and that the justices should be independent of political parties, or we wont support this court |

Message | That's practically impossible - how can RP characters serve for life? And Independent of political parties? - How? Who will control them? |

Message | Well I dont really see the practical use of this court, but yeah I was talking Theory, In practice I guess it would be long terms (whats about average for judiciaries irl countires?) with as many parties as possible gets a say in the judiciary appointments, so no party should get a say in more than one of those 2 justice terms appointments things. |

Message | I disagree with having justices serve for life. It only restricts people in the here and now when people from the past make decisions. |

Message | well for life isn't practical. 30 years terms would be so long they might as well be considered lifelong terms. |

Message | Yeah I guess 30 year would be kinda life. For the second part however, all parties should be involved in the process of nominating judiciaries |

Message | The PFP would have to approve the judges. I don't think it would be appropriate to have new parties with zero seats play a part in that process or to have one party block nominations just because they didn't recieve a seat. |
