This bill represents the Pan-Sekowo Moderate Coalition's platform in regards strikes and DWC's Please note, while the PSMC has nothing against DWC's, we do not believe bussinesses should be forced to have them as is currenty law. |

Old value:: All workers have the right to strike.
Current: All workers have the right to strike.
Proposed: All workers have the right to strike but certain categories of workers regarded as critical to society have to ensure a minimal service.
Article 3

Old value:: The government requires all businesses to be run by Democratic Workers' Councils.
Current: The government encourages the formation of Democratic Workers' Councils through subsidies and tax exemptions.

Message | No on all accounts. 1 & 2 All workers have the right to strike, regardless of what field they're in. 3 We believe it's better to have DWC's, though we may support a measure that encourages the formation of DWC's but not necessarily running them if it was packaged with another favourable thing. |

Message | They all still have the right to strike, however minimal service must will be maintained... Exactly what it says. We do not want to take away anyone's right to strike, but we feel the rest of the people deserve some from of protection. |
