Proposed: All workers have the right to strike but certain categories of workers regarded as critical to society have to ensure a minimal service.

| Message | They all still have the right to strike, however minimal service must will be maintained... Exactly what it says. We do not want to take away anyone's right to strike, but we feel the rest of the people deserve some from of protection. |
