Messageonly after your candidate was ruled out. Its time for a change, we should share power between as few parties as possible, that is how real politics works. As "nice" as your coalition is/was, it was never a long term solution. Your parties have very different policies, and it is widely known that communists are the most uncooperative type of party. They do not want to share power with other parties, because in doing so they are undermining their own policy.

MessageThat's an ironic accusation, because we have proven that we can set aside our differences. We were the party that got the Liberal Party the presidency.

Messagewho can say what the outcome would have been like had you not supported them? They would probebly still have won. You cant set aside your differences forever, your goal is socialism- am i right? in which case you will have to at some point undermine the Coalition to push through socialist bills.

Messagenonesense... if you were not here there would be more seats available for the others... the rest of the pro-republic parties would ensure the end of the monarchy. Unless you were the only pro-republic party you cannot claim that you alone are responsible for the fall of the Grand Emperor and the Zog dynasty.

MessageIt's a hard decision. Economically, the Liberals are closer to the right-wing parties; on social issues, the Liberals are left-wing.

On a more basic level, it seemed there was little incentive to dramatically change the current Government.

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action.

Random quote: "Religion, like capitalism, will perish in the end. We estimate the complete Terra-wide extinction of Hosianism as a religious belief by the year 4409, and in Dorvik by 4398." - Friedrich Pfeiffer, former Dorvish politician
