MessageThis Budget reduces government spending to a level which the Dranian taxpayer can support without a crushing level of tax; it does so by making cuts in primarily bureaucratic Departments (such as Head of Government, Foreign Affairs & Finance), as well as trimming down the more vital sectors to levels of spending that are more than sufficient (such as Defense, Justice & Education).
With these savings, we have introduced a large income tax cut that entirely eliminates the poor from the tax rolls.

MessageThis is getting ridiculous; too many MNAs are spending all of their time at parties & allowing important bills to die on the floor. The Cabinet proposal has already failed in this way -- if these economic bills don't pass because of abstentions we'll put forward a vote for an early election. The electorate will not take kindly to lazy politicians.

MessageCan you really blame the politicians for their apathy though? If you mentioned the words "FPP" and "tax bill" to 100 random people on the street, I bet you anything that at least 76 of them would keel over fast asleep!
