Bill: Citizen Assembling Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Al'Badara Republican Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2481
Description[?]:
This act allows the police to disperse groups of citizens who might potentially cause illegal acts (rioting, rebellion) and cause harm either to themselves, the police or innocent civilians that have no part in the protests. We do believe in freedom of speech and freedom of assembly but we do not believe in civil disobedience that causes innocent deaths. This bill is wide reaching and will effect all parties and ideologies whether fascist, communist, democratic or theocratic. |

Message | No. There is a possibility this could be exploited if a party other then the Movement were to take power. We can't allow fascism to take hold in order to battle fascism. |

Date | 00:40:54, November 06, 2007 CET | From | Union of Progressive Ulama | To | Debating the Citizen Assembling Act |
Message | StormSoc is not a police force, it is a fascist terror organization. |
Date | 03:46:42, November 06, 2007 CET | From | Al'Badara Republican Party | To | Debating the Citizen Assembling Act |
Message | StormSoc is the kind of thing that this law will eliminate, we do not need any brownshirters busting up anything, we do not need a paramilitary force for a political party that wants to tear this country apart and eliminate anyone and everyone! |
