This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | OOC: Why? We passed a bill on it and the others agreed. That was a big part of our last election campaign or our party manifesto or whatever and it had almost unanimous support, there doesn't seem to be any reason my party would ever give up on it. |
