MessageCorrect. The institution of an intelligence agency is a big advance in national security and the decisions of only two or three parties in a far more diverse atmosphere should not be valid in these circumstances - even if those decisions are the same as the silent.

MessageNow that elections have concluded, the Tudehs feel that a limited intelligence agency under the direct control of a democratically-accountable government which advances only the cause of the people of Quanzar is not an unwelcome proposition.
