Message | We understand that a conscript army is always worse than a profesional one. Anyway, a minimun training to our people and the posibility to call them in war times should resolve the problem of lack of manpower, if it appears. About the use of chemicals or biological weapons. Are we really thinking on use them in an ofensive? We don't propose abandon them, we only think they shouldn't be used as an ofensive weapon. |

Message | I disagree with this bill as it will lessen our ability to defend ourselves in the event of an attack. The proposed measures in our opinion do not go far enough to protect our people from foreign agression. We have recently proposed a bill on article 3 which we believe provides the most logical answer to the arms dealing question. |
